Founded the the Puckett family in the 1950s, this original store in Leiper's Fork Tn served as the community's place for fresh groceries, a southern style meal, gasoline and meeting place. It still does all of those things today. And the family has branched out to other areas of Middle Tn as well. But nothing replaces the ambiance of the original. Love thsi shot. Great b&w. Can't ever the beat the original, that's for sure! There are Puckett's in our family history...I'll have to look up and see if they originated in that area. I know that Gary Puckett ...And The Union Gap .. was a member of the family (from Union Gap Washington A rock band group back in the day!)
