Since I'm devoting over 2 weeks to the captures of this old house, you know by now that I love it and would love to see it brought back to its former glory. But I was amused by the auctioneer's optimistic fixer-upper estimate. He said it just needed some paint and cleaning up. Does it look like paint will help this situation? Thanks for viewing!
Auctioneers talk, they would make a pile of bricks sound wonderful. Plenty of damp in there so I think a bit more than a pint of paint. Jut draw a smiley by the round central mark and you have a lovely face.
