I’ve been waiting to post this picture until the voting was over. I can’t tell you how exciting it was to find my picture in the top five for the weekly theme. Eighty-five days ago I started this project to document my days and learn about my camera. I never anticipated finding so many wonderful and supportive people here. You’ve complimented me on my good photos and given me encouragement on my bad photos. With your photos you’ve made me laugh, you’ve made me cry, and sometimes I’m left sitting in front of my computer just awestruck. Through your comments both to me and to others on their photos, you’ve opened my eyes to just how much good is still left in this world. So thank you to everyone that voted for me, and everyone that didn’t. You’ve made me a better photographer, and I believe you’ve even made me a better person. This also applies to my wonderful friends and family that follow me on my Facebook page as well.

Well I'm glad to hear that you have found a spot here on 365. I think most everyone would agree that it is a great place to hang out, and who would have thought that you could find such great people and the feeling of "family" warmth in such a project as this. It sure has helped to build a bridge from all over the world. Ross did well when he started this project.
Oh, I'm so mad at myself- I sometimes forget to check the voting spot and I definitely would have voted for yours!!! I love that picture! Congratulations! I agree with Rick. This has been an awesome experience for me-meeting people from all over the country and around the world. I feel so limited with my little camera but it's all I have right now. I'm inspired by all the others and feel they've been so supportive of my work- hit and miss as it's been. Once again- congratulations on a photo well done!!
