Bear with me please as sometimes the best laid plans fail. This doesn’t look like the shadow of a dog, but I assure you it is. I’m going to pretend that this is a silhouette of him guarding our stairs at night, but in reality he is a labrador and the only reason he is sitting here is because I promised him a biscuit. I am pretty sure he is not a good guard dog because he can be so easily swayed by food. The only food he doesn’t like is black olives, and I’m betting even a stupid burglar knows better than to bring a can of olives as bait. My original thought was to wear my son’s Grim Reaper costume for this shot, but when I discovered it was size a size 3 toddler or thereabouts I was forced to resort to plan E. As in Eddie. Now excuse me. I owe someone a biscuit.
@tsburns2001 Lol, then you also understand what an accomplishment it was for me to get Eddie to sit completely still for the duration of a long shutter speed. He started to move a wee bit at the end thus the blur on his muzzle.
