Long before Ipods and Iphones became popular there was an Apple Store. The Apple Store at Conner Prairie, a local living history museum, opens every fall and sells the most perfect caramel apples and other fall treats like pumpkin donuts, cider, ciders slushes and other yummy things. It officially opened on September 1st and knowing how much Katy loves it, I knew I was guaranteed to get to spend some time with her if I casually mentioned I might go. This will the first trip of many, I’m sure!
YUM!! I would kill for a pumpkin donut! :) Every year in Delta, CO, we have this huge pumpkin patch and corn maze and at the end of the maze, these farmer's wives are selling all kinds of awesome treats made from corn and pumpkin! It is such a great childhood memory for me!
omg I love love love Cider Donuts. . hot right out of the oil ~ I am just not ready to accept that summer is over. . I need just a little longer ~ but you make it look sooo good I may not be able to resist for too much longer :)
