I just have to figure out Photoshop Elements so I thought I’d try doing something for the surrealism theme. I don’t know if this qualifies, but it gave me some practice at PSE anyway. Obviously, I still need a lot more practice!

Excellent! Looks like you have a firm grasp on Photoshop. I keep thinking I'd like to get PSE...but I'm afraid I'd spend ALL day on the computer rather than just most of the day. :) This is theme perfect.

@hoosierhokie Really? Steinbeck is one of my favorites although I admit his stories can be depressing! I just like how he writes.

@lisjam1 - *hangs head* Yes, really. It's probably because of the depressing-ness of his stories. I had to really make sure I didn't bias my boys when they had to read "The Grapes of Wrath" in high school because I didn't want to sway them. Turns out one liked it and the other hated it.
