Arachnophobia

I have much respect for spiders and the purpose they fulfill in nature. If I find one in my house, I’m likely to scoop it up on some newspaper and toss it outside instead of killing it. Still, I have no desire to actually come into physical contact, and I’m not too fond of seeing their creepy little faces in a macro photo. So for this week’s theme, fear, I found it much more pleasant to take a picture of this fake and furry one.

Creepy for sure! (I suck them up in the vacuum...then spray bug spray down the tube. Did I just admit that??? LOL)

The fake one is creepy enough for me when it is seen so close up and head on. Great shot!
