No, this is not my prison block. This is the hallway in our new office building. The building is comprised of dozens of individual offices that share amenities such as conference rooms, a kitchen and office equipment. Every little office has a small business person or a small satellite office like ours. The variety of businesses is amazing. Across the hall we have a private investigator, a mortgage broker is next door down, a few doors is a massage therapist/hair stylist and there’s even a tattoo artist. I love the building itself as it is very unique, and has a very industrial feel yet it’s fun and funky at the same time. There are photo ops galore in our building so you’ll probably be seeing a lot more of it.
Cool shot! How long did it take to commit to memory which door was your office? I think I'd be walking in on the PI or the massage therapist for a week or so. :) I love office buildings like this...lots of character.
@peggysirk Oh my gosh, I have almost walked into the office next door at least once a day. Yesterday I was flipping through the mail as I walked down the hall and totally missed it. I burst out laughing really loud in the hall so I'm sure the neighbors think I am nuts.
That's ok, I'm sure there is a psychiatrist in there somewhere! I like this angle and black and white, it DOES look like a prison block! Would be fun to see the customers coming in and out and try to guess who needs the massage and who is getting a new tat!
@sarasdadandmom Oddly, though it's not sterile at all. Every office has a big window facing the hall and the windows on the left side are tilted inward and the wall around them is painted in different colors. Every door is different because they are all salvaged. I will post more photos when I actually have time to take them while I am there!
