I love to camp! It was too much effort to drag out my camping gear for a photo so I quickly made this s’more. The only problem with camping is that I like to cook outdoors which means dragging along heavy Dutch ovens, cooking utensils, camp stove, and even the kitchen sink. Yes, I have a folding camp kitchen that has a sink. Something excites me about the challenge of cooking at a campsite. I’ve made meatloaf, pizza, lasagna, corn casserole, cinnamon rolls, and other fun stuff in my Dutch ovens. Oh, and yes, I do like to sleep in the woods and listen to the sounds of nature, sit around a campfire, and hike.

yummy! We love to camp I was just trying to convince my husband that he wants to go this weekend. . and Smore's are a must ~ breakfast, lunch and dinner and all the snacks in between. . . . .although the food at your campsite sounds SO MUCH better than ours!
Mmmm I love S'mores! I love to hike, but I am not much for camping since I require a hot shower at the end of every day. However, it sounds better once you talk about the cooking!
