Still life with ostrich eggs and glitter ball

Experimenting with creating a black background for today’s photo challenge. It’s turned out darker overall than I thought it would but not bad for a first attempt. Might need to try out some proper apps to play around with this effect as I’m certainly drawn to the possibilities of creating dramatic images.

@wakelys Ah yes - I brought back 3 ostrich eggs from a trip to South Africa. One got broken and so I replaced it in the bowl with the glitter ball for fun and there it has stayed for about 5 years now!
