Not the best ever photo in terms of quality and composition - it was snapped hastily as Ellie was on the way back to her classroom. But it had to be my photo of the day for yesterday because it was a milestone moment in the school year, a special assembly for the two reception classes to celebrate their 'graduation' and progression into Year 1 in September. I was a very proud mum, with tears in my eyes.
