My eye was struck by these white berries in the rain. They looked to me like mistletoe, although the leaves are lighter green and a different shape. It turns out they're waxberries or snowberries and the plant is part of the honeysuckle family. My botanical learning continues!
when you start taking photos everyday you become so accustomed to looking closer at things you may have passed by before. it's a curse and a blessing. sometimes you can't not look! very nice closeup of its beautiful detail🙂
