Hummingbird Clearwing Moth

There were actually two of these beauties feeding away this morning - one buzzed my ear! Their transparent wings beat so fast they are almost invisible, so they are often confused with a tiny hummingbird (hence the name). They are migratory and can travel long distances. If you zoom in, you can see its long tongue extended to drink from the flower. BOB.
