I can tell I'm getting older. I can tell my parents are too. I never used to cry when they got a cold or felt light headed. I never thought my parents wouldn't be around forever, almost every day. I'm kind of thankful in a way because I will tell them I love them more and show them whenever I have the chance.
My want for today was to show my want to be a little carefree kid or grasping for the last bits of it. I didn't have much patience today so I did a quickie. However I kind of like the roughness, brings out the feelings I think.
My dad spent the night in the ER and will be again tonight. They seem to have him stable, but are trying different meds before they release him. Send your prayers, wishes or whatever it is you believe. Thank you!
