This oak tree is losing the battle with mistletoe, I hope someone removes the parasitic growths so it can live a long healthy life. This is in old Lewisville, not far from the feed store silos.
Makes for a beautiful silhouette of the tree. I agree. I hate to see a beautiful tree full of mistletoe. But I doubt anyone will go to the trouble to remove it.
A Boy Scout troop could sell the Mistletoe at Christmas. I will see if the local scouts have any interest, could be a troop project if the leader is interested! Thank you for the fav! @henrir
