Down by the lazy river, come as you please

This couple and their dog were paddle boarding along the Colorado River, waiting for the bat flight. The dog would jump in the water and the man would have to grab the back of his life jacket and pull him back up on the boards. I guess it was their own little game, it went on the whole time they were by our riverboat. The graffiti art behind them was on the deserted Austin water treatment plant.
