Winter weather, including bitter cold wind, doesn’t phase golfers, and sailors seem to be afflicted with that same dogged determination to face the elements! It was so cold yesterday and when I drove over the dam road on the lake, lo and behold, there was a regatta underway. There were 8 boats slicing through the water, I can just imagine how cold the sailors were!
Beautifully captured, Lou Ann! Maybe those sailors have on insulated wetsuits to keep them warm. At the lake in Canada the kiteboarders wear them in October because the temps are already dipping below freezing at that time there. :-)
