We have a lighted flag pole in front of our house and a flag flying on our entry, so it’s Flag Day every day here. Smile. This is a plant cradle I have in a side garden that is visible from my kitchen door, I always like to put flags in it for our national holidays. In this case it was Memorial Day. 🇺🇸
Americans are so loyal to their country and I saw the flag flying so many times when over there last year! I would love a flag pole and would design my own flags!
@maggiemae September 11, 2001 changed our country. We had gotten lazy about honoring our country and displaying our flag. It was a real wake up call to all of us about how wonderful this country is. We fly our flags to show our love for our country. I’m glad you saw flags on your grand tour last year!
Just a delightful shot for Flag Day - that area you've planted there is such a warm inviting spot - Are begonias not as bothered by this miserable heat?
@milaniet There are two types of begonias, the leaf color indicates the ones that can take the heat and the ones that need shade. I will have to look at their tags but I think the ones with purple leaves are more heat resistant.
