This is the nighttime view from Jerry’s hospital room. He has been diagnosed with cancer of the spine and we are here to get his pain under control. He has had a brutal week, unimaginable pain. Thank goodness they found some medications that work. I wanted you to know why I am not commenting right now.
Oh Lou Ann! I am so sorry to hear that! I’m happy that they have found some medication that will work for him. You focus on what’s most important right now and that’s Jerry. I will be keeping both of you in my prayers.
Oh my word that would be a shock Lou Ann. So very sorry to read this but look on the bright side & pain relief at last is one! Jerry must be feeling worn out with it all & you worried but hopefully they can manage it well & he will be home again soon. My very best wishes & thoughts to you both. Xxx

Oh Lou Ann, my thoughts are with you, I hope Jerry’s pain is eased soon. Neil also has another cancer diagnoses, this time it’s his lungs. We are not addressing the elephant in the room at the moment, waiting to see what the oncologist has to say first.
Oh Lou Ann, I am so sorry. I'm glad they found some meds that work. My husband has Parkinson's disease and has had a rapid decline. It's hard on the patient and hard on the people who love him. BTW love this night shot.
I'm so sorry to hear about Jerry's health troubles- but know you are in good hands. I will be praying for both the doctors and medical staff who are treating him and for Jerry that all works out well.
So sorry to hear this, LouAnn. I too have a friend in New Hampshire that was told she had osteoporosis when her back was killing her. ^ Months later, she found they had made a mistake...she had spots of cancer in her spine. They put cement and glue between the vertebrae before her back broke. I hope they caught it earlier for Jerry.
