My magnolia that blooms in the spring, before there are leaves on the tree, has quite a few buds! Winter was so cold and our summer was brutally hot, we’ve had some rain recently and I really think the tree thinks it’s spring! Jerry feels so good, the steroids they are giving him make him feel better. Immunotherapy is the only thing that works for his type of cancer so they plan to resume it in a month or so, just at a lesser strength. At 82 he just could not handle the strength of the last two treatments. It is so nice for him to be feeling good. We are enjoying every minute of it.
Such a gorgeous capture - Nature seems to be topsy turvy with this unseasonable year we all seemed to have had.! So pleased to hear that Jerry is feeling so much better while receiving steroid treatment. and hope the next dose of immunotherapy will be much more tolerable! Take care both of you - and thinking of you both !xx
Great news about Jerry. Feeling good is half the battle isn’t it? I’m so glad that he is able to enjoy himself more now.
I have a pear tree that is blooming and I have seen an apple tree that is blooming. It’s very strange that the seasons seem to be so confusing to so many different trees
So glad to hear Jerry is feeling more like himself & on good firm. It’s all trial & error I guess with dosages, they will get it right soon. Hot summers & cold winters, I quite like a good contrast but I suppose if you are a plant it’s not so good!
Steroids tend to have the effect of wellbeing.I can always remember my FIL being ravenously hungry when on them! Nice shot, your mag use em to be ahead of ours, we still have leaves!

Happy to hear Jerry is feeling well! Hope the next treatment works.
