Mom's friend Dawn stopped by today with a pretty birthday bouquet. Mom sat in the sun enjoying the flowers as I read a few chapters out loud from a book. It was a lovely afternoon!
I like how the flowers are in focus while your mom is softly blurred. It gives the image such a sweetness, very much like the time spent with her that afternoon.
