Senso-ji Temple in Asakuza on a rainy day. We were planning on having sushi for our Thanksgiving meal but decided on noodle soup because it warmed us up! My daughter left her wallet at a train station near one of the ticket machines and we thought she'd have a 99% chance of seeing it again. We inquired at a ticket booth 2 hours later and were not surprised that he brought it to her with ALL the contents intack! We're so grateful!
Beautiful capture - I had a lovely day there last year when I visited too. Enjoy the Shinkansen too, and Kyoto. The old palace with the nightingale floor is amazing.
I was here a very long time ago! I went on a trip to the Orient at Thanksgiving time in 1982. This brings back long-forgotten memories! Hope you have a great visit!
@mtbell We lived in Japan from 1980-1984...we dated, married and had our first son during those years! This is our first time back so it's been a flood of memories around every corner!
