Another cold day...I guess I should stop saying that and admit it's going to be cold every day for the next 5 months!!
On our walk today I noticed that only the very top leaves of the trees were changing to beautiful orange and yellow colors. It took a minute for me to figure out I could get a shot of them from underneath!
Beautiful color and pov, Lois. I was just thinking about learning a little more about the biology of autumn leaves. Can't seem to remember if they're sensitive to temperatures or hours of daylight, or both -- or some other trigger I don't know about. Beautiful image, none the less :-)
