What lens did you use. With the moon so big, I assume that you were far, far away.

@patukka Thanks Patukka. I was using a 70-200mm with a 1.7 tc but was only zoomed out to 85mm with a 1.5 crop body and the 1.7tc took me to 220mm. The moon appears to look larger as it crests the horizon.
