They are such amazing looking creatures aren't they? The stripes look painted on. I remember in Mexico years ago they would paint the donkeys with stripes and then you could take your picture with them - for a peso or two.
These are so amazing looking to me. A ranch near where I grew up in Wyoming had a strange looking animal that was half zebra, half Appaloosa with both stripes and a spotted hind quarters
@pusspup No Wylie, they are not plains Zebras, they are either Grev'ys or Mountain Zebra. I googled and was surprised at the different names, shapes, patters and sizes ;-)
