Fires are always so tragic. The appartment building were my mum once lived had a fire and all those poor frightened elderly people had to be evacuated.....nobody was hurt.......but everyone was so scared. What I find intriguing are those fences, were they in place before the fire?
@jacqbb I think the fence must have been there before as a security measure Jacqueline. It must have been a shop, they are usually targeted at night to break into. Especially in the poorer country side ;-(
