Oom Samie se winkel 1904

The oldest store in Stellenbosch dating back to 1904. It is a very popular shop with tourists and locals, as they still sell something of everything.

A great photo and a wonderful length of time to be in business. The store looks very interesting and full of things to look at. I find it intersting to see so much 'English' writting on the signs - definitely gives it away as a tourist destination.

@koalagardens It is so incredibly small inside, aisles leading in all directions, so many people do not fit in there. Many obviously would also like to "take" a souvenir ;-)
