Zebras always seem to spend most of their time grazing don't they. I remember taking photos of them at Dubbo Zoo and I never managed to capture them with their heads above ground level.
@onewing Did you manage to get a shot similar to Diana's? I was not able in our Zoo. Perhaps the light and the background matter. Or tge fact tgat those at the zoo are confined to a smaller area. Anyhow, they are not as spectacular as these. Ours are more brownish than black - in the stripes.
