Only they know what happened!

I was so heartbroken to find the two without their chick and felt so sorry for them! They seem to look sad too. I have no idea what happened, but it is not there anymore. A neighbour mentioned that there were quite a few raptors in the area a few days before I took this shot.

@falcon11 The last day when I saw it Allison, it was just lying there and not moving. I kept on going to look and thought it did not look too well. Heaven alone knows what happened :-(
