Keeping her eye on me

although I am far away and behind the fence.

It always surprises me what a small udder such a large cow has.
Those horns are something aren't they

Such a lovely beast with his big horns and markings on her beautiful hide !

It seems strange to see such a small utter on her. Maybe it’s because her horns are so big! Beautiful capture of her though and her pretty pattern.

Such a beautiful animal. And yes that udder is rather tiny! I don't suppose these cows are bred for their milk!

Small udder but big horns. I'd be very cautious trying to milk her. Nice shot.

She is beautiful! You captured her well, Diana, to show off the textures of her hide. Lovely light and shadows, too! Fav

@rensala I have not had any time to look at all yesterday Renee, I will check and keep you posted ;-)

@ggshearron Many of the animals I photograph are grazing close to roads Glover. That is a dual carriageway leading into Stellenbosch ;-)

Small udder but BIG horns! Perhaps this breed only has one calf at a time and nature knows she doesn't need more. I'm sure there's a reason. Nice shot. She has a really nice hide.
