Seven of the eight Springbuck males by ludwigsdiana

Seven of the eight Springbuck males

roaming the estate. They were kicked out of the herd by the leading ram, and keep to themselves pretty far from the rest of the herd. There have been three newborns in the last 10 days, which brings up the total to twenty one. Soon some of these males will be picked up and set out somewhere else. That is to avoid interbreeding and our estate cannot cope with so many.
Sharp image and colorful.

@777margo Yes it is Margo, for some reason they seem to grow wild in the veld here on the estate.

@ninaganci We are very fortunate to live on one Nina, I would not want to be anywhere else in this country. A security estate called De Wijnlanden. Just opposite Meerlust wine estate :-)
