Wall art in Muizenberg

trying to brighten up a shabby looking building. Muizenberg used to be the place back in the 60's - 94 when everything changed here. Now it looks like a run down rat hole. Buildings are falling apart, paint is peeling off window frames and it just looks filthy. Only the surfers seem to keep the village popular.
