We cycled the Glenwood Canyon today and then hiked up to Hanging Lake. This was a 1.2 mile climb with an elevation rise of 1,020 feet.....very steep and not for the faint of heart. Well worth the view at the top.
beautiful indeed and well worth the effort ~ I find it very painful in my hips to climb / walk uphill and it takes me forever ... but give me flat and I will go all day :-)
