There are twin gates at the ends of the reflecting pool; one with the time 9:01 on it representing the innocence of the city before the attack and the other with 9:03 on it representing the moment of the attack. You can see the 168 empty chairs across the reflecting pool which represent the lives lost on April 19, 1995. I posted another shot of the memorial chairs yesterday.
