@skipt07 I took this outdoors in sunlight but the original was darker. I got this look by adjusting the exposure and color settings. The outside petals had a lot of backlighting and I also de-saturated it some.

@skipt07 I would never think anybody was copying... we all inspire each other here! Probably the best thing going for this shot was the early morning light. Well, it wasn't real early but it wasn't glaring light, kind of soft light through the tree leaves, and I moved the plant so the sunlight would hit it.
