I can tell that you aren't in Pennsylvania from the design of this buggy. This one is all black. Around here they have an umber colored canvas sides.The shape of the cabin is different. The ones around here are a box. No taper at the bottom. Plus this one has a nice apparatus for dealing with horse exhaust, if you know what I mean? Around here it ends up on the road.
