@gardencat It's not frozen water in the background, just more of the rhododendron bush.

@lynnz It must be the DOF that is creating that effect then. It looks to me as if the rest of the bush is somehow submerged in ice or maybe there is a layer of mist around it. Whatever it is it looks beautiful.
