Thanks to Dawn Swingle @rangerxenos I just found BeFunky! I've been looking for an app that I could use on my laptop that had watercolor etc (most apps are for smart phones). I used the Underpainting effect here on a picture I took in May. Just had to share it and say thanks to Dawn!

Very creative. You know I don't understand judges who do not like the altered photos. The photographer still has to take a photo with good comp, light and interest before than can create a good altered photo. Creative competitions are my favorite categories to enter. I also judge sometimes and I think yours is great.
