@frankhymus I'm still getting to grips with my a5000, but finding the canon much easier... they're both new and I'm a beginner so bit of a learning curve :)
@m2016 Ah yes. Sony technology is excellent, I think the best for the money anywhere, but their menu systems are very complex and show little organization. Every feature they have ever invented finds its way into the menus somewhere, even if superceded by something else, also in the menu system. Auto Focus is a case in point. And to make matters worse, Sony documentation is dreadful. Across their whole product line, all the way up to something like the a7RII. Hope you can work your way through it, the camera has superb technology.
