Pier people

Lots of people walking the pier today, the weather was lovely... I liked this gentlemans' hat :)
He was stopping every so often to take photos, maybe he's doing a 365 project too...
I put a retro filter on this and I like the result, it almost looks like it could have been taken in the '70s.
