So brilliant - one of my favourite, if not the best squirrel shots and I've faved it ...wonderful texture of the fur and snow and lovely light along the tail and across the snow - fantastic shot.

Oh wow!! What a great shot. It almost looks like he's sitting on clouds at first glance. I don't think "snow" living in the South as I do. Wonderful capture.
Congratulations on getting into the top 20 - I don't know how that works, but I do know your pic deserved to be there. I actually prefer this one, which is why it got my fav earlier. And your tiger got there too - brilliant. You must be feeling really chuffed.
@murnane Marg, they are very shy but more importantly, they like their food. So he comes everyday and tolerates me. @greenpots Cheryl, the snow had some dark spots and seed shells and I used a cloning stamp in paintshop to clean it up a bit. I would like to go out in the world and melt all the snow, or clean it up. I hate the dirty stage. @forgetmenot Thanks Angie.
