Strange hairy plant.

I really need to stop being so lazy and look up names. That's on my list of improvements to make, some year.

Yes, I'm the same. i see this pretty flower, have no idea what it is, post in on 365 & hope someone would ID it for me(usually Robin). wonderful capture here - hope someone can ID it for you.

Beautiful Capture, Love this plant! I like the DOF and background, but mostly the flower clusters just pop and say i'm brilliant in bloom.
Why, do I get so excited over perennials so so much, don't know, I believe this to be a 'Neillia' a relative to the rose. I know my grandma had these and always loved them then. Thanks for this shot and the memory! Neillia Sinensis - or wild chinese neilla.
