Margaret lovely photo. In the UK they are shooting the grey squirrels, because they transmit a disease that is killing our red squirrels, the grey's were imported from the USA. thank you.
@dannydavies Sorry Danny, I didn't send any there. :-) I hope they can get it under control I hadn't heard about that. I have the grey, red and black squirrels in my yard. It is hard when animals are imported because they often bring diseases. That's too bad.
@maggie2 I am glad that you know about our habitat, it does look promising for the reds. one place they are now starting to breed is Anglesea off the Welsh coast, there are other places as well. Thank you Margaret for showing your concern. Danny.
