A one hour session on the waterfront stage in Central Queenstown soon had the toes tapping, the hips wiggling and the arms waggling! This was an event on the Winterfest programme and yours truly joined in to warm up and get a bit of exercise\

I went to about three classes of this a couple of years ago & really loved it . i could only manage 50 mins instead of the hour but was about the oldest there!! it's great fun especially in an outside venue & not some stuffy village hall!

LOL! Wonderful action shot!!! Zumba is such a fad in the States but I have not fallen into it. I love dancing but I can't bring myself to do Zumba. In fact, one of my coworkers is a Zumba instructor and I have helped her put together routines, but again, still haven't done it.
