Mr Man, our Nuts'n'Bolts man was worrying about his finances which were dwindling rapidly due to extra demands! He discovered Yolanda had a beautiful voice and thought they could stage a concert to raise funds. So they found this Sound Shell in a town and invited people to listen. If you want to hear what she sang - you can listen to a familiar voice singing her song: http://youtu.be/PSZxmZmBfnU (skip the ad)
He stood close by her on the stage so she would feel comforted by his presence and not shy!
WOW!.....Who could have known she had such a great voice!.....I know i have said it before Maggie but you should turn these adventures into a book! You have such a creative mind!......Love it! : )
@maggiemae First of all, I'm So Excited to see Mr. Man again! And I'm tellin ya AGAIN, you had better be documenting these adventures because they would be fantastic storybooks! Secondly, and I hope you'll believe this, Over the Rainbow is my all-time, hands-down, not kidding Favorite Song EVER! If I had been in the audience listening to Yolanda, I would've been crying & clapping! Keep it going, Maggie cuz Mr. Man's got alot of fans! :)))
@thendrix58 Thank you Terry for your great response! I love it! Funnily enough she was on this soundshell stage and over the top was a painted rainbow! You can just see the colours. Then the song I chose was co-incidentally Over the Rainbow!
Mr Man strikes again :) I'm loving what I've seen so far. May I make a suggestion? Recropping this, so Mr Man is in the third to the right, not in the middle, plus with more of the colourful doors above. Does that make sense?
Eek, hope I haven't offended ... I seem to do that more and more often :(
@kwiksilver Not at all, Gillian - nice to have feedback! I would like to have more of the background but Mr Man is so small that you wouldn't see him and Yolanda if I moved back! See http://365project.org/maggiemae/365/2012-07-12 This is way back in the first episode!
Eek, hope I haven't offended ... I seem to do that more and more often :(
