Still experimenting with a makeshift lightbox and I have found that with the light behind, it is no good. With the light along one side it is OK but the best is the light in front for clarity. B&W is a bonus.
Mr Man and Yoland returned from their gallivanting around the world. Yolanda brought us a bottle of Grappa from Italy and a rose. Mr Man wanted a studio portrait of them hence the makeshift studio.
Yolanda is in a very swish dress magiemae , she'll never get her leg over the seat in that!! Great b/w shot too & I always like to hear news of Mr Man.
My ! you have been inventive ! Looks as if Yolanda has changed her dress since her travels,& I suspect she's been on the bottle before handing it over to you !!
I think the lighting has worker very well here and I just love the composition. Not sure who Mr. Man is (your Son?) but anyway I am glad you have caught up with them again.
@pachelbel Thanks for the comment, Veronica! Mr Man and his bike, has been on numerous adventures with me as a character set in the particular scene. Yolanda was a girlfriend he picked up on one of these wild adventures. I have tagged them "mr man" and yolanda. You can see various places we have travelled around NZ with them as subjects.
I'm happy to meet Mr. Man and Yolanda! They look like an adventerous, fun couple! Looking forward to seeing more of them as my 365 adventure continues!
