......a Chinese Picture, this says. Yolanda-sun and Mr Man-sun await the entry to the Chinese Garden in Oamaru. They are attending a function where jasmine rice, Peking Duck (not from the Oamaru Public Garden Pond) and lots of noodles will be served! They are so excited and and are telling each other ancient Chinese Proverbs;
Mr Man. "Man with tight trousers is pressing his luck'
Yolanda: "Girl who do back spring on bedspring have offspring next spring"
Mr Man " Man who leap off cliff jump to conclusion"
Yolanda couldn't reply - she was doubled over giggling!

Three good things;
1. Lovely warm day again today - 20 degC
2. Lawns done, driveway sprayed, day free.
3. I"m not making 'fried tofu curd balls" even if it is Cantonese cuisine!
What a great set up and story! Love all the vibrant colours and the jaunty angle of Mr. Man!

Mr Man has new spotty waistcoat & Yolanda looks very eastern in her Chinese dress. Romance among the blossoms! He has obviously seen off the keep fit rival!
Does your computer have Chinese letters on the keyboard?

@happypat it probably does if I dig into its brain but I just use google translate! I don't think the Chinese translation is always accurate, though! Should ask @summerfield !

hahahahaha! maggiemae, you just about killed me from too much laughing when i saw this last night. i wrote my comments and wouldn't go through because 365 oopsed out on me for maintenance or something. but this just kills me. especially in your comment to pat "should ask @summerfield";. google translate is never accurate, i find. i don't know a thing about Chinese translation even if my life depended on it. i do know a word or two but they're quite pornographic and not good to print here tee-hee!

is Yolanda still flirting with MB @espyetta 's mr. wireman (or something)? i have a stable of studs for her to flirt with just to give her a variety to choose from. but i think she and mr. man are more or less mr&mrs man.

and why aren't we sending yollie and man to the popular page? we gotta!
