The gate hasn't been opened for a long while. I didn't go through but hurriedly walked past in case there was a witch or a forester with an axe through there!
Three good things;
1. Met up with a grandson and his wife today for a lunch.
2. Lovely lunch in a cafe with a garden flooded with flowers.
3. Six days till Christmas!
six days! holy cow, i better get me arse in gear and get something for the partner. :-) there couldn't be a witch in there. too neat! lovely shot, maggiemae.
oh, yeah, i meant to ask you, maggiemae. you have a grandson who has a wife? this means he's old enough to be someone else's grandson. when did you start, at 12? :-D
Yes, Maggie. It is a very misterious place. Never stop here. You are still a brave woman as you could managed to take a shot of this gate... I.m joking, of course. I like the framing of the whole image and the wild look of the whole composition.
Frantic countdown begins now- thank goodness for some calm and peace on 365! Lovely framing of the gate, I'd definitely like to know what's on the other side!
Wonderful shot for the imagination to wander and wonder. Witches, axe-wielding foresters, Bigfoot, snakes, or maybe even 'Lions and tigers and bears, oh my'! Love your three good things.
A very inviting gate maggiemae.......it draws you in ....I bet it creeks as you open it, looking at the leaf in the front it hasn't been open for a while.
Wonderful mysterious gate to who knows what? Fab light! I always love your 3 good things as it lets us know you. We discovered today what an enormous family you have! How wonderful to have such an extended family!
Lovely gate!
please slow the days down
As I'm reading this it is 3 days until Christmas--YIKES!!!!
