In the previous episode, Emma had managed to grab the rope ladder but Nancy was in dire straits! However, the shark swimming around was a very friendly one and saw Nancy's predicament. He nudged the rowboat over to be underneath her and she dropped thankfully into it. Rowing over to Emma's tree she climbed up behind her, both reaching the top easily.
There behold was another land, courtesy of Enid Blyton's "The Faraway Tree"! These lands came over the tops of this tree every now and then. This particular land looked like a lot of fun to the girls and all they had to do was manoevre their way across the swingbridge. The depth of the gap was quite daunting!
Three good things;
1. Quiet night in - some fireworks outside along the road but nothing else.
2. Big New Years dinner coming up
3. Cricket hopefully - a one day event but it might be raining in Queenstown.
PS - I can't post this to the correct date 1st Jan,- 2014 as it hasn't come up. Will do it later
A nice shark! Well, go figure! The girls look about to make it to the "grass is always greener" side. Yay! Happy New Year to you and yours! Tell Mr. Man and Yolanda HNYear for me too! Unless they are off on a jaunt.
