I'm not going far here but put this photo in taken by John with my camera - I would have taken it myself but it was too difficult running back to this bike!
They revealed a new Indian Scout last night but I wasn't there as I had succumbed to my wicked cold. It was 106degF here and hard to relax and enjoy!
Three Good Things;
1. Looking at lemon paintings doesn't help a cold but I bought some dristan that does help.
2. Had one of my HDR photographs accepted on to the Sturgis Motorbike Rally site!
3. All you lovely people with ideas about helping beat a cold!

Impressive new model of bike.....just look at those panniers......they will love that in these big open countries , perfect touring bike! Hope you cold had turned the corner! Congrats on picture......bet you are chuffed!
@maggiemae oh dear maggiemae that's such bad luck....must be the change of climate! Stay warm & take care. Good you have 365to look at a picture of your hotel bedroom perhaps ! Hope you aren't missing any lovely wining & dining!
A super shot --you look good and ready to zoom off any minute on that super bike !! Sorry to hear about your cold -- nothing worse in hot weather than a snuffy blocked head -- hope you will get rid of it soon -- take care !!
oh, heavens! i could imagine you on a bicycle but not oj a motorcycle this huge! methinks yolanda would love for her man to drive her around on this! congrats on your photo getting accepted. lotsa water and vitamin c could alleviate the cold. very nice shot of you, maggiemae.
@beryl thank you Beryl for your nice comments! They take their course, these colds - at the moment head and neck pains, dripping ruddy nose, and tight cough!
Wow - Looking great Maggiemae - that bike really suits you!! How exciting all this sounds. I hope your cold is clearing up now - what a shame when you are away on holiday!! I have never fancied riding on a motorbike but that bike looks as comfy as an armchair!!
What a great photo. Love this bike. Sorry that you are sick and hope you get better really fast. Much better to stay inside when it is that hot outside.
You look awesome! If your cold persists- try Mucinex. You should be able to get it at any pharmacy- CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens (I'm not sure which chain store is out where you are). I find I only need half of what they recommend and my cold is gone in a few days.
Hope you feel better soon and it doesn't drag on. That's great about your HDR picture. You should takes it picture and post it. Did you ever post it ? Those look like some awesome bikes.
@espyetta I could buy it over the counter, MaryBeth but it had such dire warnings on it (like causing severe liver damage) that I didn't take it for long. It may have made a difference - one never knows!
